Button Collector ;)

I am collecting Buttons, but not the kind you are probably thinking of. ;) The Buttons I am collecting are the ones you see on different blogs and web pages, they are sometimes called Blinkies. :) I am hoping to collect one from all of my Favorite blogs and web pages! Another Paper Doll Creation

I don't feel like she is done but I wanted to share her. She is pink! I think I like the other paper I used for the skin tone better but this still works and she is a fairy! ;) I used the svg file I got from the paperdollsblog, link in the post below, and I made the wings in SCAL with the raindrop in the weather shapes library. I just moved them around and messed with the shape till it fit what I wanted. Then I embossed the wings and inked up some edges put it all together and glimmer misted the whole thing! I am not sure if she is gonna be a card, a wall hanging for my daughters room or a mini album cover. I will let you know when I finish her. ;) Stay Happy & Crafty! :) ♥

My Paper Doll Family

So I just fell in Love with paper dolls all over again! I got them from the PaperDollsblog. http://www.paperdollsblog.typepad.com/ Their very first challenge! I think I am late for that but I still have to share what I did with the free SVG file! I am not sure if I will frame it for a wall hanging or a scrapbook cover but I Love it! I think it still needs something...I will figure it out! I used Heidi Grace papers and one of Heidi's rub ons. Our Family is a SVG file from My Moms Attic set from SVGCuts.com http://www.svgcuts.com/ I also used elements from their Memory Garden Set. So Sweet Scrap Page ♥

I am not sure if I am all done with this, but here's what it is right now. I will tell you that until I found this paper, Sweet Threads by Basic Grey, that I was really struggling with this one. As soon as I found this paper it is like it put itself together and I am very happy with how it has come along! I used svg cut files from SVGCuts.com of course! 2 sets Memory Garden & Strawberry Lane and the flowers were a free file also from http://www.svgcuts.com (link to svgcuts.com in the side bar) I used Glimmer mist also to make the background paper I will show that in a later post I promise!
